MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST

Position Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on executing marketing campaigns, supporting client engagement, and analyzing performance to continuously improve results. The ideal candidate is versatile, comfortable managing multiple projects, and eager to contribute in both marketing and client success functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, events, webinars, digital advertising).

  • Support credit union and bank clients with marketing collateral, toolkits, and best practices to drive member adoption.

  • Organize and manage client advisory boards, including scheduling, content preparation, facilitation support, and follow-up action tracking.

  • Develop content such as blog posts, newsletters, case studies, social media copy and sales collateral.

  • Support the coordination of industry events, trade shows, and webinars, including logistics and promotional efforts.

  • Assist in website updates, landing page optimization, and digital lead generation activities.

  • Conduct A/B testing of our platform interface and marketing materials, analyze results, and recommend improvements to enhance user engagement and adoption.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign and product performance, providing actionable insights.

  • Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all communication channels.

  • Stay current on fintech, credit union, and digital marketing trends to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B, fintech, or financial services.

  • Self-motivated with strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.

  • Proficiency with marketing tools such as CRM, email automation, social scheduling, and analytics platforms.

  • Comfortable running and analyzing A/B tests, with an interest in UX and interface optimization.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with internal teams, clients, and advisory groups.
